The June 3, 2021 Regular Meeting will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law and Community Development Districts due to the current COVID-19 public Health Emergency.

Further, please be advised the the Florida Governors Office has declared a state of emergency due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  As reported by the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization, COVID-19 can be spread from person-to-person through small droplets from the nose and mouth, including when an individual coughs or sneezes.  These droplets may land on objects and surfaces.  Other People may contract COVID-19 by touching these objects or surfaces, then touching their eyes, nose, or mouth.  Therefore, merely cleaning facilities, while extremely important and vital in this crisis, may not be enough to stop the spread of the virus.  Those with weakened immune systems may want to avoid the District's meeting in order to avoid a potential exposure to the virus.

That said, the District fully encourages public participation in a safe and efficient manner.  Toward that end, anyone wishing to listen and participate in the meeting may do so remotely, via WebEx at https://districts.webex.com/districts/onstage/g.php?MTID=eec27faffa003845cb18741310d41d5b3, Access Code 129 923 1215 or by dialing 408-418-9388, Access Code 129 923 1215.  Additionally, participants are encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager in advance at JimWard@JPWardAssociates.com to facilitate the Board's consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting.
